When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe, and we do not see or store your credit card information.

If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and message content. If you submit a review, we receive your first name, trade, state, rating, and review text.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we receive to respond to your inquiries, display customer reviews on our website, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. StateDocGen does not collect, store, or transmit your credit card or payment information. 4. Local Storage

When you fill in a document template, your form data is saved in your browser local storage so you do not lose your work if the page reloads. This data never leaves your device. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser local storage or using private browsing mode.

5. Customer Reviews

If you submit a customer review, the information you provide (first name, trade, state, rating, and review text) will be stored in our database and displayed on our website once approved. Your email address and last name are never collected or displayed. You may request removal of your review at any time by contacting us at support@statedocgen.com.

6. Cookies and Analytics

StateDocGen does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are most popular, and how people find us. This data is aggregate and does not identify individual users.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. Customer reviews are stored in a secure database with row-level security. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never on our servers.
